Very nice house. Large and comfortable with good kitchen and everything you need. Large living room and lots of bedrooms. Nice quiet place to stay, yet very close to Letterkenny and many tourist highlights in Donegal. Renter left us bread, milk and cookies as a welcome, very nice. Contact through the booking message app - and by telephone - was quick and easy and very friendly and helpfull.
The address in the booking website was incorrect; the map was incorrect and the postal code was incorrect. We spent an hour searching; first to the place on the map in the booking.com add, then to the postal code address and then back again. After informing we learned the postal code and map were incorrect; the house is located about 1 mile further on the other side of the N56. To my surprise the address is still not correct online now, about 1 week later.
There is no thermostat for the heating in the house and several heating radiators would not close by turning the knob on them. So either it was very hot, or chilly; depending on when the neighbour (owner?) would turn on the heating. I think especially in the winter this situation is not adviseable.
I am sure these 2 tiny problems can and will be solved easily, and then this is THE spot to rent for families or groups.
