Апартаменти дуже просторі, з великою площею та обладнані всім необхідним для комфортного проживання протягом кількох днів: є вся потрібна техніка, кухонне приладдя та посуд. Локація чудова — поруч автобусна зупинка, звідки легко дістатися до багатьох місць на Мальті. Недалеко знаходиться набережна з великою кількістю кафе та ресторанів. До великого піщаного пляжу приблизно 20 хвилин пішки, а зовсім поруч із будинком є місце для купання з кам’янистим заходом у воду.
На жаль, були й недоліки. Кондиціонер на кухні не працював, а єдиний кондиціонер у спальні не справлявся з охолодженням усієї квартири, тому приміщення дуже швидко нагрівалося. Також у душовій були помітні сліди плісняви.

Die grundsätzliche Ausstattung in der Wohnung ist modern und gut. Ein Tisch auf dem Balkon und ein Sonnenschirm wären wünschenswert.
Wie bereits in den Bewertungen zuvor erwähnt, funktioniert die Klimaanlage im Wohnraum weiterhin nicht. Dies haben wir direkt an den Vermieter weitergegeben. Aber nichts passierte. Durch das Dachgeschoss und bei weit über 25 Grad Außentemperatur ist der Raum nicht nutzbar. Auch abends ist ein Durchlüften nicht möglich. Die Luft steht und man kann es absolut nicht aushalten. Wir konnten uns daher nur im Schlafzimmer aufhalten.

The Front door of the building was very difficult to open. The AC in the kitchen/living area was not working.
