Our stay ended very badly due to serious issues on the final days. During the night before our second-to-last day, we w
-Unsafe electrical outlets -Water leaking inside the apartment -Poor customer service treatment -The air conditioning system is really noisy. -Poor insulation neighboring rooms can be heard quite clearly - as well as road noise -Holes in the window for air conditioning pipe penetration

El apartamento está en un estado lamentable y no ofrece las condiciones mínimas de comodidad. El ruido exterior entra directamente en la vivienda debido a que las ventanas son muy débiles y no aíslan en absoluto el sonido. Además, hay un motor de aire acondicionado que genera un ruido constante y muy fuerte, haciendo imposible descansar. Por otro lado, los vecinos gritan constantemente y el aislamiento entre las habitaciones es inexistente, ya que entre una habitación y otra solo hay un mueble y no una pared adecuada, lo que elimina totalmente la privacidad y aumenta el ruido. Estas condiciones no fueron indicadas en la descripción del alojamiento y han afectado gravemente a mi estancia. He intentado descansar, pero ha sido imposible.

La ubicación
El alojamiento es pésimo. Para empezar, piden muchísima fianza y con condiciones estrictas que nunca me habían pedido, ni a mí, ni a nadie de mi grupo. La entrada fue un desastre, no te mandan instrucciones hasta última hora y tardaron mucho en contestar, y además muy mal educados. Me colgaron el teléfono. El apartamento es una oficina, tal cual… las fotos del anuncio no se corresponden, con enchufes rotos, picaportes de puertas rotos, baño sin pestillo, un desastre. Nada más lejos de la realidad del anuncio.
