Lage: mitten in der Stadt, kostenfreie Parkplätze in wenigen Gehminuten, auch mit großem Fahrzeug; Wanderweg an der Traun einfach zu erreichen
Das eine Zimmer zur Straße ist sehr laut und warm. Vorhang an der Eingangstür könnte blickdichter sein. Und ein ausziehbarer Tisch wäre klasse bei mehreren Personen.

V horkých letních dnech je v pokoji chládek, protože se jedná o starý domy s tlustými zdi, pokoj je ihned v přízemí v podloubí. Vybavení je nové, vše čisté. Hostitelé Max a Nana jsou velmi úslužní, příjemní a umí zařídit vše, co potřebujete. Malá kuchyňka se základním vybavením, ploténkou, mikrovlnkou, kávovarem, mini ledničkou.
Chyběla síť do oken, několik komárů v pokoji,a také mohou připochodovat mravenci. Špatné zatemnění v noci.
