The staff was attentive and pro-active when I wqs having a medical problem at check-in.
The offerings in the room were thoughtful and helpful. From the Good Witch tonics to the Do Not Disturb river rock.
The spa was still under construction when we arrived and I didn’t feel we got an appropriate rate reduction

Fantastic building, lovely details and interesting concept. Friendly staff :-)
The room I had was so noisy - I kept thinking someone else was in the room due to noise ? the next door room - in addition to which every footstep in the room above was audible. Also a v loud generator or heater sound throughout the night.
No breakfast or brunch available other than a few pastries :-( Or you have to wait around until 11am for the restaurant to open.
All in all this is a great concept with some lovely attention to detail (bathroom products, robes, bed comfort all really good) but big picture is if you can’t get a good night’s sleep because of poor quality sound proofing, it detracts from the good stuff!
