Spacious apartment (for London) and a perfect location in the heart of the city. Well decorated and fully stocked with everything you could need for a weekend. Considering how busy the area is, the apartment was surprisingly quiet.
The incessant emails, whatsapp messages and phone calls ahead of check-in were tiresome. 10am check-out always seems a bit mean.

Very difficult online check in. I think the website had problems, and there didn’t seem to be a Plan B. Apartment was a bit noisy sometimes, and the lift and hot water were out of order on our arrival. The Concierge was v helpful, when we could find him. Even though I didn’t expect the apartment to be serviced, some clean towels would’ve been nice after a day or two.
