Too long and make times too check in with BIG GROUP, when they cant speak english its hard to us. Room not big, not ok for family or with kids stay in this hotel. Hotel only 2 floor, 2nd dont have stairs. Large suitcases are a bit difficult in this room. The train station is very close. The location is actually very good but the location to the hotel is not good because you have to climb and cannot enter for large buses, cars are still allowed. The location of this hotel around or in front of it is closed, the dark atmosphere is not pleasant to see and the stairs down the lobby for suitcases are too steep. There was an incident, one of the rooms we booked had the ceiling fall on the bed. The room was wet, the hallway was flooded and there was no apology or any benefit. We asked for a room change and just do the laundry and that was done.
