⭐️⭐️
Very disappointing experience. The hotel looks very different from the pictures shown online, which created completely different expectations.
Our first room was extremely dirty, with visible stains on the walls and a strong cigarette smell. Even the hotel lobby had a very strong cigarette smell upon entry.
The hotel transferred us to what they said was a more premium room/hotel, but unfortunately, the cleanliness issues were still there. There were visible dirt and stains on the walls, as well as mold in the restroom. Some of the chairs and other facilities also had visible mold and appeared to need deep cleaning.
While we appreciate that they transferred us to another room, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were still far below what we expected based on the hotel’s pictures and description.
The hotel seriously needs better housekeeping, deep cleaning, and regular maintenance.
