Like the place.it will be nice to have someone at the reception desk, they do have a watsap if you need anything. Cleaning is limited. We booked 4 nights and then extend for another 2 and we didnt have our room clean or check in the whole stay. So you will need to catch them for things like towel or paper roll. I think the aircon need to be serviced too.

First time I book 2 adult but I got a big room with conferrable space but last time I book same room but I got very small like 2 person only stay like that...I actually my favorite room is room number 32 that is my first time experience onee...

The gap beneath the door is quite large, allowing the outside area to be seen and making it easy for noise from outside to enter. This affects guests’ privacy and comfort, especially while resting. The hotel is advised to install a door sweep or improve the door’s finishing to reduce noise and enhance privacy.
