​Pros: ​Beautiful Property & Ambience: The resort's exterior is well-maintained with great lighting and beautiful natural views. ​Excellent Pool & Water Park: The swimming pool and water park areas are fantastic. The water in both was crystal clear, clean, and highly enjoyable. ​Great Service: A special shoutout to our attendant, Milan, who provided excellent, attentive service throughout our stay. ​Cons: ​Poor Food Quality & Limited Options: The breakfast quality was really poor. Food options were incredibly limited. There were barely any snacks available during the morning or evening hours—specifically, we noticed a complete lack of kebab items or variety. ​Room & Washroom Cleanliness: The hygiene in the rooms and washrooms was disappointing. The washroom wasn't clean, and the running water inside the bathroom seemed dirty/unclear. ​Maintenance of Outdoor Sitting Areas: While the room had two sitting areas in front, they were completely unusable and uncomfortable due to a heavy presence of bad smell. ​Final Verdict: The resort has amazing potential with its water park and beautiful exterior, but the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and the poor food quality really dragged down the experience. Management needs to focus heavily on housekeeping and kitchen variety.

Disappointing Room Maintenance & Housekeeping – Stay in Lake View Room 10 Stay: 14th August 2026 – 16th August 2026 The hotel has some good facilities, but unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing because of serious issues with room maintenance, cleanliness, and housekeeping. 👍 What Was Good Food quality was good. Staff and service were generally good. The water park and swimming pool were enjoyable. Boating was a nice experience. The lake-view surroundings were pleasant. ❌ Major Problems With the Room The condition of Lake View Room 10 was not up to the standard expected from a hotel: No geyser/hot-water facility was available in the room. We found a lizard inside the room, which was extremely uncomfortable. One cupboard door was broken and had not been properly repaired. The TV plug point was broken, which is also a potential electrical safety hazard. Most seriously, we found underwear belonging to a previous guest inside the cupboard. This is completely unacceptable and strongly suggests that the cupboard—and potentially the room—was not properly inspected and cleaned before we checked in. Finding personal clothing left behind by a previous guest is not a minor housekeeping issue. It raises serious concerns about the hotel's room-cleaning and inspection process. ⚠️ Management Needs to Take Action While the hotel's recreational facilities, food, and staff service were good, these basic housekeeping and maintenance failures significantly affected our stay. Before assigning a room to a new guest, management should ensure that: Every cupboard and storage area is thoroughly checked. The room is properly cleaned and inspected. Broken fixtures are repaired. Electrical points are safe. Basic facilities such as hot water are clearly available and functional. The hotel has good potential because of its location and facilities, but the room maintenance and housekeeping standards need significant improvement. We expected much better cleanliness and room preparation for the price and standard of the property.
