הרוב טוב מאד . המקום נקי מאד נוף הררי יפה
הבריבה והג'קוזי מתתוזקים יפה. חסרה הצללה על שניהם. בחוץ מתוחזק קצת פחות מאשר בפנים אם כי הכל ברמה טובה ( ליד הגז בחוץ מצאנו מגבת מלולכלת ישנה מאד) היה קצת ריח לא נעים בשרותים בכניסה ולמעלה. חבל שאין מדיח ומייבש כביסה

הוילה הייתה יפה ומרווחת ונעימה , הבריכה פינות הישיבה היו נוחות וטובות
המנגל היה מלוכלך ועבד בצורה סבירה. היינו 17 אנשים והמטבח לא היה מאובזר וללא מדיח .
