I liked that the location is pretty central, so it’s fairly easy for everyone to converge and meet up.

Nice Location, comfortable for family gatherings and BBQ Party. Adults with kids will love the pools inside the villa. Very clean environment with privacy. This villa is situated inside A Famosa Resort Area. Premium Outlets are just nearby for shopping.
Can add on more facilities like iron, mirror in all rooms. Pool side bar can have mugs/glasses and plates to serve BBQ/Dinner. Can't find any Pool lounge chairs to relax by the pool. No kids play area.
