地點在台中市比較老區，飯店週邊區域比較多老房子，環境沒有新興的綠園道或歌劇院附近那麼舒適，飯店本身算是很新，但不大，房間設備算齊全但酒店的公共設施就尚好而已，若果不重視周圍環境，飯店本身地點不錯，房間也算舒適，以房間大小來說，性價比算不差。
若果房間有藍芽喇叭更好。雖然有合約的第二市場停車場，但推著行李走到停車場還是有點辛苦，而且舊區很多騎樓下堆滿東西，行李不太好推。房間不知是否挑選的是比較大但不那麼熱門的房型，有些地方有些灰塵(不知是否少人住的房間的關係)，大廳聽說有不錯的酒吧，但推廣資訊沒有特別提出，對房客產生不出連結。
