Cozy apartment-Old Port Montreal

The location was very convenient—walkable, safe, and parking was never an issue. The apartment felt cozy, the view was amazing, and the espresso machine was a nice touch that we really appreciated.

The property could benefit from a deep cleaning. The furniture, walls, and kitchen appliances were noticeably dusty, and the balcony was too dusty and dirty to comfortably use. I also noticed that the bath towels had been washed together with the bath rugs, which is not a sanitary laundry practice and was concerning. One additional point was that, despite being charged a cleaning fee, we were asked to take out the trash and run the dishwasher before checkout. We normally would not mind helping with these tasks, but given the cleanliness issues upon arrival and the fact that a cleaning fee had already been charged, this felt somewhat unreasonable.
