Beautiful well appointed apartment

The hot water worked fine but we needed instructions on how to operate the hot water heater so we had a day of cold showers

The door lock is a bit weird

The apartment was good, location, space but honestly I will make sure if they actually have WiFi service or just buy a sim card before getting there. Also triple check the reservation way ahead of time for piece of mind.

Many issues here: 1. Because the management company changed between the time I booked and paid to the time the booking started, the staff had a lot of issues locating the reservation. Very stressful situation, not good communication here. I won’t say more. 2. There was no WiFi service during the stay. I even asked them if someone could come over and help and well, nothing happened. 3. We spoke about compensation for the lack of WiFi service, given that we had to rely on expensive roaming service inside the apartment to plan the daily activities. Compensation they suggested, I accepted, we stablish the cost, it’s been a month and no nothing.
