El departamento es tal cual como se mostro en las fotos, todo está a nuevo, y tiene una hermosa vista a la Marina. Otro punto a favor es que tiene cochera en el mismo edificio.
Nos tocaron días de mucho calor, y no hay aire acondicionado. Tiene unos ventiladores pequeños que no terminan de ser una solución para días de 35°. El otro tema que nos complico es que dan un sólo juego de llaves de ingreso y cuando la familia tiene distintas actividades complica la logística para el ingreso al departamento. Deberían dar 2 juegos.
