A localização é muito boa para as atividades na cidade de BC. Há mercados e outros comércios próximos O Apto é confortável, bem decorado, camas boas (mas precisa de uma atenção melhor quanto à higienização das roupas de cama). A internet é boa tb. Utensílios de cozinha OK (tem o básico para estadia). Quanto aos eletrodomésticos, OK (tudo funcionando, mas sentimos falta de um exaustor/coifa sobre o fogão). Os chuveiros são bons. Há tecnologia no acesso ao imóvel e a garagem é boa. O anfitrião Reinaldo foi super acessível e atencioso nas pequenas demandas que surgiram.
Móveis confortáveis e planejados, porém a falta do exaustor no fogão prejudica o fluxo de ar no ambiente. Outra sugestão: colocar tela de proteção nas janelas.
