Stylish Notting Hill Flat Near Hyde Park

Great location in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, well connected and with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The towels and bed linen were lovely too. The hosts were very attentive and communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London and highly recommend it!

This was the first time I used Keynest. I had NO idea what it was. Would have been very helpful if there had been a better description and name of the kiosk where I was to pick up the key. Also, there were no dish towels or dish drainer for air drying the dishes.

The location and cleanliness of the facility was good

The combi boiler wasn't working, the house was cold, there was no hot water. We stayed for 4 days, wrote to Anastasia, she came through WhatsApp and turned on the combi boiler, but in the evening the combi boiler shut off again. Despite our persistent messages, Anastasia saw the messages and didn't even reply. We couldn't turn on the combi boiler either, so we stayed in a cold house for 3 days, without hot water or a shower. Something this important can't be ignored. The house is nice, but it didn't deserve the price we paid.
