Lo spazio esterno, la posizione, il parcheggio privato
Appartamento sporco, con i tappetini in bagno non puliti, e mancava il sapone in bagno. Eravamo in 6 e solo 4 letti avevano biancheria ed asciugamani, abbiamo dovuto richiamare per avere il resto. Peggio di tutto, aria condizionata non funzionante e riscaldamento acceso a fine giugno!! I termosifoni erano bollenti

un pò difficile trovare l'ingresso dell'appartamento, il nome della struttura è diverso rispetto a quello riportato su booking.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Alles was man braucht. Privater Parkplatz inklusive.

Struttura molto accogliente e di dimensioni generose. Perfetto il giardino privato che diventa anche posto auto dedicato e chiuso con cancello. Ottimo il patio che, nella bella stagione, può essere utilizzato per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Posizione ottima, silenziosa e sufficientemente vicino al mare. 10 minuti a piedi e sei nel cuore di Marina con il mare ad un passo da te. Proprietario disponibilissimo e di pronto intervento. Vivamente consigliata
