Location was beautiful, loved the beach view and proximity to the beach. Easy drive to Hobart and surrounds. House was clean and well presented. Easy access with keypad
Could have done with more 'staples' like bowls, tea and coffee, and toilet paper. The septic tank did have a smell when you go outside. The TV was strapped precariously to the wall with jockey straps, and this didn't feel stable enough with small children running round. We weren't told what day bin day was, and ended up missing it.

This is the most fabulous view and you get it from the bedroom, dining area and lounge!!! Ever changing - I could look at the rolling waves forever!! Very short walk to beach and swimming/board riding. House was spacious and comfortable with all we needed. Hosts easy to communicate with.
While it didn’t detract from our stay, my expectations of a high end property are high. This property could benefit from a little extra TLC.
