Domacini su bili jako ljubazni i smjestaj je bio uredan i cist

Air conditioning works fantastic. Clean house, beds sheets etc. Landlord / owner is really a nice person. Offered to have coffee together but due to language barrier it did not make sense to have it.

Someone entered the room for taking out the garbage on 01/08/26 without pre informing us. That is a weird behavior. It was rearranged so that the house is shared by up to 3 families by allocating them to independent rooms via one common main entrance door. There is a policy of locking this main entrance. However only one key is delivered. So you either need to leave the house together or someone needs to follow you to the main gate unlock it/ lock it and return back. And same thing when you return. Not practical. And can be solved bu handing out 2 keys instead of one. Landlord / owner cannot speak English but German. This might introduce a language barrier. Kitchen is not really functional. It is so small preparing something is immediately like solving a puzzle. Sink and faucet designed so poorly it is not possible to wash the dishes easily. Amount of cutlery is limited and they are really old. Parking is available, but for some reason - not clearly communicated by landlord due to language barrier- we are requested to park our car to a nearby garden also owned by landlord. Still a solution but not feasible if you want to carry things/groceries from parking lot to apartment. There is a WiFi but speed is slow and most of the time it loses connection.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in den Apartments Stefania Medulin. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Grundstück sowie das Apartement waren in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man sollte jedoch wenn man größer als 1,60m ist immer gut den Kopf einziehen im Dachgeschoss:D
