Apartment was nice but they didn’t pay the deposit money back on time as they promised
Apartment was nice, clean and cozy. Great for a bigger group of people. Seperate rooms and nice set up.
Just before the check in they asked 600€ deposit. They said they will send the money back after 4-7 days after the check out but finally i needed to start asking money back myself. They didn’t reply for the messages. Finally i wrote to the booking.com customer service and got the money back after 13 days of waiting.

Je ne souhaite plus passer par booking.com, à cause de cette expérience.
Spacieux, positionnement correct, équipements top.
La caution et j'ai fini par perdre de l'argent. On ne peut pas exiger de payer le solde du loyer puis réclamer une caution bancaire pour après rembourser avec une perte de plus de 100 euros.
