The house was beautiful. It was spacious (honestly the pics don't do it justice), clean, and easy to find.
It is about 10 minutes from downtown Winter Garden and there is a great grocery store about 5 minutes away. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Orlando Studios area as well as the Orland Airport, so it's a great location that's away from all the noise but close enough to accessible needs and good times.
The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were spacious and had great storage/closet space.
We loved how many plug-ins there were around the house. Honestly, I've never seen so many in a place before and it was super helpful.
It was appreciated that there was a good amount of dishware and kitchen basics supplied (there could have been more, but running the dishwasher every night allowed for us to not run out in a given day and they supplied the dishwasher pods so it worked out well).
The neighborhood was quiet and there was a good amount of driveway space.
Overall things went smoothly and we really enjoyed the space.
Lastly, we were running late on our checkout and last-minute messaged the property for an extra hour and they gave it to us no-fuss. We really appreciated that as we were still running out the door after that additional hour.
There wasn't any "big" things to complain about, but we do have some "nit-picky" things that could be improved...
1. The back door is difficult to close and lock. You have to lift it up. Either fixing that or having a sign to notify guests would have been nice.
2. The fans in the rooms cords are too short. Changing the speed required getting a chair to stand on.
3. It would have been nice to have a hand towel and wash cloth for all people (like shower towels).
4. It would have been nice to have a full stock of toilet paper. Apparently this is common for Airbnb's to not do, but it is one way you can set yourself apart and cater to your groups better. I understand if it's a super long stay not doing that, but having a 12 pack for a group staying a week or less would be an easy, affordable, and nice way to make it a great experience.
5. Many of the chairs need their bolts screwed in tighter. Some were missing bolts and didn't feel safe to sit in.
These "nit-picky" things are the only reason I gave a 9 over a 10, because, in my opinion, "Exceptional" means going above and beyond and if all these things were improved, the 10 would be earned.
Lastly, I'd suggest changing the picture on your listing to be the actual inside of the house versus the weird downtown wintergarden picture that doesn't have anything to do with the house. The house will sell itself. It truly is a great space, so play off of that and don't have an unrelated picture as the forefront of your "ad"
