I like the overall environment setting and location and also room ambiance
The thing i didn't like is that they did not give much facilities like we ran out of water for like 1 whole day and in booking.com it was mentioned that breakfast included but in real it was not and also when we extended our visit for one day we had to suffer a bit of a problem there so yeah otherwise it was fine it was good

The hospitality was good, there were a few times we asked for replacement items which had to be followed up, but on the most part they were responsive and clearly eager to help. Location is ok, depends on where you want to visit. Historic sites are around 30mins away but other tourist places are closer - plus you have the mall, although food options within the mall are limited, it’s a very small mall.
The property could do with a deep clean, it was clear that the property was only cleaned superficially. Many of the furniture items were broken or damaged. There were items in the wardrobe, spare bedding, that smelt of mould, stains on duvet. We were a family of 5 and only had 3 towels provided. Would have been a wonderful stay had these minor details and cleanliness issues be resolved.
