Kardiani Blue Serenity

The location was breathtaking and it’s a lovely newly renovated apartment. The beaches are close and easy to access. The terrace is fantastic to sit on and relax with lovely swimming coves. The hosts were very good at communicating.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable but for the price this wasn’t a surprise. They were clean so this was good. This is NOT a serviced apartment - meaning no cleaning which we didn’t realise at booking. This was an issue for us as after 3 nights it was starting to not look great- cleaning isn’t exactly in the cards for a holiday. The shower is hand held - this made things challenging when having a proper shower but otherwise bathroom was clean. There is only a fan in the bedroom- AC in living room does cool it down but it would be even better if there could be screens on the windows so you could just keep the windows open and avoid bugs. You will also need to ensure you have enough toilet paper and buy food in Tinos town as there is no stores close by. You have good kitchen for cooking but there is also a few small restaurants around. The clothing drying rack is old and needs to be replaced. There was also construction debris off the balcony ruining the view and general atmosphere- hopefully this will be cleaned soon. Overall lots of good things but I think offering basic cleaning and some beach towels at the price point would go a long way.
