Ants in the kitchen. 😳 Musty smell in home, rust-stained tub drains More bath towels would have been nice. Yard filled with grass clippings. (Messy!) Why wouldn't the $80 cleaning fee cover dishes?

I love the decor, I love the floor plan, I love how spacious all of the rooms were, I loved how clean the house was. I love the backyard with the deck and the fire pit with the grill. Plus the game room, which wasn’t a major added bonus and I did not expect. I just love that property as a whole and I would not mind renting from them again the next time we come down.

There were shorts in the breaker box, which caused the hall lights to flicker on and off so much so that we had to ultimately spend a lot of time with it off. Well stocked kitchen. Generous floor space , more than what we expected. Bath rooms , towels well stocked. Deck was nice. Coffee , hot chocolate bar was perfect.

Lights, bed room fans coming on with no user input. Would only go off on fourth attempt using the remote. Lights would not come when wall switch was used. Bathtub staining was an irritant since previous reviews had mentioned that . But bathroom was generally clean otherwise. Wi-fi was a disaster over the entire stay.
