everything was new and clean, even the kitchen had a unused stove with a bag, like most of the equipment in the apartment. the owner was very welcoming and brought us everything we needed, and the location was fantastic, and below the apartment there was a shop, cafe, car wash, etc.

Não fiquei neste apartamento. Me deram outro apartamento em outro local. O apartamento tem potência, porém precisa de muita melhoria.

O anfitrião cancelou minha reserva no dia. Me ofereci outro apartamento inferior. Ele tentou ser solícito a princípio. Porém no outro dia, tivemos prolblema com a tag do elevador que nos foi dada. Pedi orientação e ele me sugeriu “pedir ajuda a um vizinho”. As toalhas de banho estavam fedidas. A sanduicheira e chaleiras estavam muito sujas. O apartamento era aceitável, precisa de melhorias. A portaria tem entorno ruim. Difícil acesso.
