RQ Stays! at Milan Residenze Fairview

Host is very accomodating - we asked if there is flat iron for clothes and host provided one 😊 cooking appliances and utensils are also available

We chose RQ STAYS for proximity in the 3 major malls in Fairview Quezon City and also because our Family live nearby. The Condo is very clean and has complete kitchen setup.very clean utensils and appliances. The host is very generous with the towels and toilettries (unexpected because they even provide disposable toothbrush and hand towels, which are normally just available in hotels) and also the unit is very comfy. The unit has microwave, refrigerator, induction coooker and rice cooker, also the hairdryer is the best, I was informed in advance of a hairdryer and they have THE BEST HAIRDRYER!!! They also have entertainent setup but didn't have the time to go through them because we are graveyard shift, so we also appreciate that the fast internet was able to accomodate 2 laptops at the. same time. The host is also available and easy to contact via EMAIL or WHATSAPP. The keyless transaction is also very nice.

It would have been nice if there is a parking space offered within the building. Overnight parking is available in the SM and Fairview Terraces though, and it's a bit far, but the fee is okay around 280-300 PHP

No breakfast, Location fine for all SMs, staff helpful

The owner of the apartment did not respond to any of the several emails sent. I cut my head open first day, no response, could not get television to work even though state of the art. Air conditioning stopped working. The cut head was bandaged up by reception. The television was sorted after 3 days when it was discover the batteries were knackered by a security guard. The air condition was sorted by maintenance when it was the filter needed changing , Only cleaned this occasion but worked. the lack of response to emails was very dissapointing.
