Clean and spacious apartment room. I also like that there is a balcony with a nice view. The building itself is pretty clean and modern so that’s a big plus.
I wished the AC was a little bit colder in the room, and I hoped that the room cleaning was free. The bathroom sink was also acting weird during my stay making it clogged.

Location is very close to Pondok Indah Mall 1. There is a convinient store across the building. All staff very friendly and helpful. The value of money and it's in South Jakarta area, nothing can beat this. We love the cafe in the lobby area, the food are affordable and delicious. They charged Rp. 50,000 for cleaning, changing bed sheet and towels. The room spacious and furnished.
They should clean the carpet in the corridor or renew it. It looks old and very dirty.

The room was elegant yet simple, making it an extremely comfortable stay. Super close to PIM, the area was convenient for food & entertainment.
Best place I’ve stayed in Jakarta at an even better price! Can’t wait to visit again!
