Ammouliani Beach House

The yard, the house the terases, amenities, everything was great. 1 minute from the beach on foot, but very, very quiet, I would sit in the evening, there were no sounds even though its near the street.

Discovering this house—which truly lives up to the name "Beach House"—was one of the most delightful experiences, and certainly a memorable one! I was impressed not only by the comfort of the home—beautifully and practically furnished, with all essential amenities—but above all by its location: close to the sea and nestled in a garden of eucalyptus, fig, pomegranate and pine trees. The smell of the garden, the view of the sea from the bed, and the tranquility are the qualities that make this house irresistible!

​This was hands down the favorite lodging of our entire vacation. If you are looking for complete privacy, peaceful nature, and direct beach access, this place is perfection. The property is fully fenced with secure locked gates for your car, giving us the rare luxury of complete private space with no hosts or other guests around. Stepping through the left gate puts you just a few steps down onto the beach. The surrounding grounds are a dream—a little pine forest mixed with fragrant eucalyptus trees, fig trees, and pomegranate trees garden. The interior and exterior aesthetics are gorgeous and very clean. The house features three separate entrances opening in different directions, comfortable beds, air conditioning in all rooms, and lovely plates and bowls in the kitchen. The hosts were generous enough to allow us an early check-in and late check-out, which made a huge difference to our trip. They even found an item we accidentally left behind, sent us a photo, and kindly agreed to post it back to us! ​Things to Keep in Mind / Unique House Layout: ​Interconnected Bedroom Layout: The floor plan requires going through one bedroom to reach the next. It works best for families or very close groups of friends who don't mind walking through each other's sleeping spaces. The bathroom entrance is located just outside. We had no issue with this at all, but it is good to know in advance. The kitchen is on the smaller side. While it has beautiful tableware, guests who love heavy cooking might find the number of pots, pans, and cutlery a bit limited. Adding a few hammocks under the pine trees or extra seating areas in the forest would make it even more magical. Restoring an inner yard basin to a small shallow foot-soaking pool would be an amazing touch after a long day! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The position was greate, near the center and sea front.The house is located in a garden full of trees and flowers.Very clean and full of accommodations.We were very pleased.
