The pool is too cold for my little one

Location was great, right on the beach. Pool was nice--didn't have a heavy chlorine aroma. Room was quiet and well laid out. Plenty of towels. Staff was also very nice. View was stunning. Parking was fine.
Sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable--even the 10 year old said so, and she is skinny. When I asked for a rollaway bed, the front desk said they did not have any. This unit sleeps two comfortable, but no more. Big stain in front of the main bathroom tub. Pool was cold, and the "warm" part was lukewarm. Sauna took a while to heat up and was in poor condition--graffiti covered the walls, and the floor was dirty. Sole pool area bathroom was also dirty. We spent lots of time in the pool shower warming up. Exterior of building is a bit dilapidated, but that is common at the beach.
