Ruhige Lage, Blick ins Grüne, ausreichende Ausstattung. Sogar Kaffeepulver war vorhanden für die Kaffeemaschine. Top!
Ich reiste mit dem Fahrrad und musste alles in die zweite Etage tragen durch ein enges Treppenhaus.

Sehr ruhige Lage, man hört kaum etwas von den Nachbarn, schöner Ausblick ins Grüne und viel Helligkeit durch die Fenster. Bequemes Bett, gute Einrichtung, viel Platz.
Das Abflussrohr beim Waschbecken im Bad war undicht und sehr locker, es tropfte die ganze Zeit Wasser auf den Boden wenn man es benutzt hat. Bei der Dusche floss das Wasser auch nicht immer richtig ab. Abfluss müsste mal gereinigt werden. Im Sommer hat sich die Wohnung stark aufgeheizt, es gab kein Halter für die Klorolle und die bereitgestellten Handtücher haben muffig gerochen. Auf dem Boden lag teilweise noch Dreck und in der Küche waren Flecken und Spritzer von Kaffee an den Kacheln.

Die Lage
Schlechte zu einfaches nicht reparierte Einrichtung, Einrichtungsstil sehr billig, steht in keinem Verhältnis zu den Kosten, einfach zu teuer. Hier zahlt man ausschließlich für die Lage. Hier wird auf hohem Niveau gejammert, wenn man bissel Geschirr nicht gespült hat.
