Skyline Retreat with pool by Portugal Active

The property was very spacious, with secure parking and in a good location. All of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and automated shutters, making the rooms nice and dark, and there was efficient air conditioning throughout. The kitchen was well equipped, with an excellent coffee machine, but some of the appliances were difficult to use.

It very much had the feel of a rental property, rather than a home as a lot of things weren’t working properly. The management company was responsive to messages but didn’t follow through with any action. Having reported that the only bath was missing a plug and that most of the hand soap dispensers weren’t working or empty the day we arrived, the management company never solved for this during our 8 night stay. The tumble dryer didn’t have power and they never got back to us about that either. The elevator buttons were faulty so someone often had to take the stairs to call it to the correct floor. We didn’t find the bed pillows comfortable, but the linens and towels were decent. The fridge space was rather small for a 5 bedroom home. We were traveling with young children and the edge of the pool had a severe drop to the driveway below.
