Appartement cosy Disneyland à 10 min Paris à 30 min

- El anfitrión es superamable y está muy pendiente de cualquier problema. - El anfitrión nos dijo lugares donde comer, lugares para hacer turismo, etc. - La habitación está a 5-10 minutos andando de la estación de tren. - Las almohadas son muy bajas y no son muy cómodas, pero el anfitrión dejó otro set de almohadas en el armario y con las dos pudimos dormir bien. - Alrededor del lugar hay un XL donde cenamos todos los días, farmacias, cafeterías, etc.

- La ducha y las cortinas de la ducha. Se sale agua fácilmente fuera.

My stay was longer so landlord offered me towen and linen laundary which was good. WiFi, netflix with my account on smart tv, fan and small kitchen is good.

Missing Essentials & Safety Concerns: There were not enough toiletries provided in the bathroom. Furthermore, the lighting was inadequate as two wall lights were not working, and the casing of the bathroom light was left open, which poses a safety hazard due to moisture. Kettle was not available in kitchen not sure why it is mentioned in facilities. Building Environment: The hallway outside the flat between the lift and the apartment was in poor condition, featuring stains and a bad smell (while outside the landlord's direct control, it negatively impacts the overall environment). Lost Items & Lack of Support: Since I was staying nearby for almost two weeks, I contacted the landlord on the exact same day I checked out to retrieve some items I had accidentally left behind. However, there was no proactive approach from the landlord to coordinate with the cleaners. As a result, I had to completely write off my nightwear and swimming clothes, both of which were from branded labels. Better maintenance, safety checks, and guest support are urgently needed

Location, cleanliness

Lo mejor de este apartamento es la ubicación. A 2 paradas de Disney se llega enseguida en tren. Es una forma economica de estar al lado de Disneyland. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida. Nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas antes del check in y fueron muy flexibles con nuestros horarios. Lo agradecemos mucho.

El apartamento está un poco dejado, le vendrían bien algunas mejores y una mejor limpieza. Pero no es nada dramático.
