The Fairview - North of Boston Furnished Home

Born and raised just a mile down the road and now living in NC we were looking for a place to stay since we weren't able to stay with family this time, which was a bummer.. Someone was looking out for us because I randomly found The Fairview and knowing the location, viewing the pictures and reviews, we were sold. Sandy and her husband the owners LIVE NEXT DOOR, they were absolutely amazing! So kind. The house is beautiful, CLEAN beyond imagination, every single detail she put into this house was flawless and beyond. Decor, coffee pods, snacks, ALL of your cooking essentials and beyond, extremely clean, organized, there literally was nothing she left out, I mean nothing... All the cabinets were clean, dishware, glasses, cooking essentials and beyond, coffee to go cups, creamers, sugars, chocolate syrup.... Bags... if you needed to travel or go to the beach or whatever. Every bedroom was miraculously clean, decorated in a sophisticated yet simple way. Closets had hangers, hampers, labeled sheets, blankets, etc. THE SHEETS, OMG, were so comfortable and had a fresh scent BUT not perfume, just clean linen...... Honestly every night going to bed was heaven....Bathrooms, SPOTLESS, provided, toothbrush, make up face cloths, just these little details made everything so comforting...The back yard was so cute and had everything you needed for grilling, firepit, tables, etc. VERY clean....Beautiful picture window overlooking Brown's Pond with the lighted colored water fountain all within view at night, it was so relaxing. My sister came over, which she was only 5 minutes away, perfect for us and she said ok, when are you moving back and buying this house!! I even told Sandy the owner and funny thing my sister's name is Sandy....It was stressful too as my parents aren't doing as well as we want and Sandy always asked as she understands what it is like. We saw them occasionally on their deck with their cute pups to say hi, etc., which was nice...

WE HAD TO LEAVE

The home was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The host was very welcoming and helped us find some local spots to make our stay more enjoyable. The neighborhood was friendly and had wonderful walking trails and parks for my little one.

Location, size, cleanliness, amenities, well furnished (including kitchen), and service.

A/C wasn’t what we are used to in the South, but very normal for the area.

Charming old style but super clean and well built. Super location on quiet street directly across from a picturesque pond. Nice yard. Porch.
