Snuggle up on the Mezzanine at Stylish, Sunny Loft

Der Zugang zum Schlüssel war etwas abenteuerlich (wie eine Schnitzeljagd). Wenn man sich 1:1 an die Beschreibung gehalten hat, war diese aber OK. Die zentrale Lage ist top und der Flughafentransfer mit der Buslinie 100E war perfekt Budapest ist eine quirlige Stadt mit vielen jungen Leuten. Insbesondere am Abend an bzw. noch besser auf der der Donau ist die Stadt atemberaubend. Eine Bootsfahrt nach Sonnenuntergang muss man einfach gemacht haben.

Die Preise insbesondere für Eintritte und Gastronomie sind sehr ambitioniert und stehen zumindest in Budapest im krassen Gegensatz zu den Durchschnittseinkommen der Ungarn. Preise an der Fischerbastei, wie z.B. 24 EUR für ein Langos sind im Zusammenhang mit der Preisdarstellung ein klassischer Touri-Nepp. Die Deckenhöhe im Schlafbereich auf der Galerie mit ca. 1,5m ist auch im Zusammenhang mit dem Treppengang nichts für die älteren Semester. Die Wirkung der Klimaanlage war im Schlafbereich leider kaum spütrbar.

Ganz tolle Lage, super Apartment, es ist toll ausgestattet und es gibt sogar Ladekabel. Das Licht im Bad ist super zum schminken, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Unser Code bei der Türe ging zuerst nicht, und wir haben per Telefon sofort jemanden erreicht, und konnten die Türe mit einem anderen Code öffnen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Parkhaus ist um die Ecke.

The host was great with communication up to, and during, the stay. She was nice, helpful and very responsive. Appreciated the clothes washer but there was no dryer... the hanging rack was helpful. Location was good (central), however it was noisy below until late evening/early morning hours.

Getting in was a challenge but the instructions were good. It was not too clean or equipt, e.g. dirty spoon in kitchen drawer (chocolate on it), 2 roles of TP for 2 people for 2 days (we had to buy our own), 2 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 days. I did not notice in the pictures; the ceiling in the loft was so low you had to crouch over to walk to the bed. I forgot and stood up (from habit) and hit my head when getting up from the bed. Did not sleep well for fear of standing up by accident. Finally, we did not find any air conditioning so it was warm in the loft.
