Villa Sabrina Lombok

The villa was lovely for a big family with adult kids. We all had our own rooms with bathrooms and a nice shared area. The pool was great, and the staff was very responsive. The AC worked in all rooms, and the staff came and cleaned while we were there, as we stayed for a long time. They had good recommendations for things to do in the area and helped us hire a van and a driver for a day trip. The owner was also very responsive to texts whenever there was an issue.

The kitchen was not as equipped as we had hoped for, making it a little bit difficult to cook. While there are enough bed spaces for 8 ( we were 8). There are not enough chairs for everyone to sit at the dining table. We had a little issue with the staff locking the gate when they left in the evening in a way that made it impossible to open from the outside, so when we came home from dinner, we were locked out twice. We informed the staff, and they stopped locking the gate. I think they may not have been super used to having international guests, and we got the feeling that friends/family of the owner had taken people to the property during our stay, thinking they could borrow it/ crash. As the four rooms did have their own key, we speculated that maybe the owner sometimes rents out a room at a time, and it's less common for them to rent out the entire house. Overall, we had a very nice time, and it was a good spot for our family to get together and hang out.

Having an amazing staycation with friends. Pool is superb. Nice design and garden. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Asked for iron, and he sent it straight away. Value for money.

First room toilet a bit dirty. the rest is good.
