Location was great for Paddington for train and the underground. Also the public buses which were used.

In the accommodation was a small kitchen which was great but 2 very silly cups only were available for a cup of tea. Also no t-towel just paper towel. Bed was very comfy but the pillows were very lumpy.

The location was great. It is London so we were prepared for the cosy size.

We weren’t forewarned of the steep stairs down to the room. This made the large suitcases a mission.

Location is great - I was always book in this area but in different apartments. Good shower facilities. Flat was warm but went to adjust the radiator and it never came back on so used the portable heater supplied instead

It is advertised as a One bedroom apartment but is actually a studio apartment - the advertising should be changed as the stated size isn't correct. The bathroom is tiny and the position of the sink next to toilet means you have to sit at an awkward angle. Cutlery wasn't clean and someone had left a drink in the fridge Getting into the property wasn't straight forward as the lock box was attached to the railing so confusing as there is another box on the wall next to the front door. Had to call the host who helped direct me to the correct place.
