Cozy beachfront, Pool villa, Pattaya

The location is convenient. Mostly silent; even many buildings around are under Decoration. Nice TV.

A few days before arrival, I asked for an early check-in. No answer. When I arrived, there were Guests. This is alright. But it would have been much better to know before we arrived, as I had asked before for an early check-in. I did try to call the WhatsApp number. No answer. We then went to a nearby Hotel, where I paid for a full day and another half Day because of the early check-in. At 15:00, I went to the Villa only to find that the previous Guest had not picked up their clothes and Luggage. There was then a friendly Guy from the cleaning Company who put their Luggage together. The Communication via WhatsApp is useless. The Owner does not understand English. Every message I sent went unanswered. Later, we communicated via the Booking.com chat function with an Assistant of the Owner. So, when you are there, you are on your own. If you have a Problem, do not waste Time expecting help from the Owner. Solve the Problem by yourself. The Water Cooker was broken. After receiving no response on this issue, I simply bought a cheap one myself. Cleaning in 2 Weeks is only one Time. If you want another cleaning, you will pay an additional 2.500 Baht. The Kitchen Utilities are minimal. Bought some and left it there. There are a lot of Bottles with Alcohol for Decoration. The Furniture around the Pool is cheap and primarily only for Decoration. The Floor Tiles around the Pool are slippery.
