It’s very convenient close to everything. Great views and beautiful lobby. I loved it.
The Aircon seems warm and difficult to set its temperature. There was no option for a sunshade in the living areas, the sun can be blinding in the mornings making the living room feel hot. The other thing was check in details weren’t sent promptly and I had to chase up your property management office. I find this unusual and the follow up took some of our precious time from our holiday. I suggest your team should take a more proactive approach in communicating check in requirements.

Great location, easy to access, clean and tidy.
Unfortunately we hadnt a leak in the ceiling (it happens) which meant that we lost use of the ensuite. We let the host know and we would’ve expected a plumber or building manager to atleast inspect and help tidy up instead we ended up dealing with the flooding and clean up. The property manager did want to help but they couldn’t get anyone to attend the leak.
