A very good independent house for a comfortable stay. Good and clean. The location is near the main road. The road to the house is small, but hardly 300 meters from the main road, so not a concern. I would recommend it for a family stay. The city is 16 km 20 to 30 mins drive to the main city. Techno park and green field cricket stadium is just 900 meters. The location is slightly isolated there are 3 houses nearby, room, kitchen bathroom all in good clean condition

The location is great. Lulu Mall is only a 12 minute drive. Even though the property is in the city, the location is very quiet. The house is immaculate and modern. Each bedroom had it's own TV.
Will look to rent the place again next time in Trivandrum.
