Hôte réactif et disponible par téléphone pour la récupération facile des clés. Le logement est très agréable, calme, propre et bien équipé, les lits sont confortables. Très proche du centre de Luchon et surtout il y a un parking pour se garer juste à coté ! Il y avait des chocolats sur la table à notre arrivée et les consignes sont accompagnées de gentilles attentions. Tout était parfait merci pour ce super séjour !

Le plain pied, le calme, le parking, la proximité du centre ville, les consignes, l accueil. Tout très bien.

L'appartement est confortable, bien situé et au calme. Pratique pour accéder au télécabine si vous voulez vous rendre à Super Bagneres.
L'annonce ne precisait pas qu'il fallait amener ses draps, ni la taille des couchages, nous n'avons donc pas pensé à demander si les draps étaient inclus, donc mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. Par contre, la personne de la conciergerie a été très désagréable lors de notre départ, alors que nous avons laissé l'appartement tel que nous l'avons trouvé.
