Die Lage ist ein Traum. Mit wunderschönem Ausblick und ruhig. Sehr gross und genug Platz für eine grosse Familie. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und es ist sehr gemütlich. Es ist etwas kühl, aber mit dem Kamin und der portablen Heizung war es kein Problem. Etwas 5 Fahrminuten vom Hovden Alpisenter entfernt. Bei starkem Schneefall, Schneeketten empfohlen um zum Haus zu gelangen. Fahrbahn zum Alpinsenter ist immer frei. Parken am Alpinsenter ist gebührenpflichtig.
Es hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Es besteht eine Grundkühle die mit dem Kamin aber ausgeglichen werden kann. Lag aber auch an der Größe des Hauses, was viel Energie benötigt um es zu Heizen.
