Wood laminate flooring, not carpet so it felt clean. Bedding and extra futon both felt clean (just need extra sheet). Dish soap, shower supplies, and laundry detergent provided, as well as a couple of bottles of water and a couple of snacks. A couple of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels also provided. Towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags all provided. Full-sized fridge and freezer in kitchenette, which was pretty well stocked. Good amount of shelves and drawers available. Building felt secure with security, cameras everywhere, and required fob for elevator. Host is easy to reach and accommodating. Overall, great find that I recommend!
No parking space or guest parking and loading zone is only 10 minutes.
