Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage zum Strand war in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist vor der Tür. Eine Möglichkeit zum Fahrrad unterstellen gibt es auch.

Es gibt keine Infomappe in der man z. B. Über WLAN.,oder z. B. Wo kann ich meine Fahrräder abstellen. Auch keine Information über den Ort und medizinische Ansprechpartner. Die Matratzen sind gut, nur für das Bettgestell zu dünn. Man muß erst über die Holzkante rutschen um sich hinzulegen. Ein Nachtschrank hat noch keinen Stromanschluss. Da die Wohnung sehr modern eingerichtet ist fehlt es an Gemütlichkeit. Keine Bilder keine Kissen und zu grelles Licht welches man nicht dämmen kann.
