A Total Gem in Ubud! I absolutely loved my stay at Santru Villa in Petulu! As a solo backpacker, I was looking for a spot that was quiet and relaxing but still had good vibes, and this place was perfect. The villa itself is stunning, super clean, and feels like a little slice of paradise. My room was so comfy and beautifully decorated. It was such a treat to have a private space that felt so luxurious. The staff are the real stars here. They are so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with everything from booking a scooter to suggesting great local spots to eat. The location in Petulu is brilliant; it's tucked away from the Ubud crowds, but still close enough to easily get to the centre and all the main sights. I felt totally safe and at home here. If you're a backpacker looking for a little splurge on comfort and peace, this is definitely the place to go!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The villa itself is a masterpiece.The architecture and interiors are so tastefully done, blending modern comfort with traditional Balinese charm. Everything, from the pool to the cozy bed, was perfect. It truly felt like our own secluded paradise. The location was also a major plus for us. It’s nestled in a quiet, serene area, which was exactly what we were looking for, but still a short ride away from the vibrant cafes and rice terraces of Ubud. We spent our mornings enjoying the peaceful garden and our afternoons exploring the local culture. However, the highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. They were genuinely the kindest and most attentive people we've ever met. They anticipated our needs without us even asking and always greeted us with big smiles. Their warmth and hospitality made this trip unforgettable.

La villa è davvero splendida! La camera era ampia, luminosa e molto confortevole. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la cucina, completa di tutte le attrezzature necessarie e perfettamente funzionale. La piscina era sempre pulita e ben curata, ideale per rilassarsi. Lo staff è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso. Un soggiorno perfetto che consiglio con piacere!
