Localización y posibilidad de contar con parking. Apartamentos bien.
No hay limpieza de ningún tipo los días que estás, teniendo en cuenta el precio de los apartamentos, de manera que barrer o fregar el suelo no es una posibilidad, creo que deberían contar con escoba y fregona los apartamentos.
