Avvisato il property manager dei problemi, lui si è prodigato rapidamente per risolvere i principali.
La cucina era manchevole di tessili (tovaglie, presi e, …), alcuni utensili erano eccessivamente sporchi da renderli inutilizzabili (pentola e bollitore) e il frigorifero conteneva cibo scaduto dei precedenti ospiti. In bagno non era presente nemmeno un rotolo di carta igienica, mentre era presente il sapone. Molte di queste cose sarebbero state viste e gestite subito con il check-in in presenza.
