Siisti, viihtyisä ja isokokoinen huoneisto. Omistajiin sai helposti yhteyden ja olivat oikein avuliaita. Cupsolo kahvinkeittimestä tuli yllättävän hyvää cappucinoa.

Naapurista äänet kuuluivat asuntoon, mutta noudatettiin hiljaisuusaikaa hyvin. Eli yö oli oikein rauhallinen ilman mitään häiriötä.
