Great place. Missing sauna. Location good. Hotel and cleaning staff great. Don’t use offsite agents with lots of extra asks and documentation wasting your time.
A lot of time wasted as it isnot a booking. After all kind of documentation to be filled offsite and deposits to be done. Making the experience time consuming , feeling like a scam and time wasting . Agent poor communication. For example you can extend your stay at 100 dirhams an hour. After I show interest. Each communication comes across accusatory, implying that you might intentionally cause issues, which feels unnecessarily confrontational when you’re simply requesting a service they previously offered.
Sorry, it won’t be possible to extend the check-out today as we have new guests checking in shortly after your departure.
The apartment needs to be cleaned and prepared, and our team will be there by 11:00 AM. Kindly allow them access on time and avoid any delay.
